Proud and happy to share the information that Jayant's paintings are part of Chester and Davida Herwitz collection famously known as Herwitz collection. One of Jayant's paintings from same Herwitz collection got sold in Southey's auction on December 5th 2000 at rate proposed 3000 to 5000 US Dollars. The collection contains India's top 70 contemporary artists’ total 3000 art work. Along with Jayant some of most valued Indian contemporary artist are Maqbool Fida Husain, Tayeb Mehta, Nasreen Mohamedi, Bhupen khakhar, Manjit Bawa, Jaimini Roy, Sayed Haider Raza, Rameshwar Broota, K. G. Subramanyan. The collection is kept at Peabody Essex Museum, Salem, Massachusetts state, U.S.A. Jayant Parikh's painting got sold at Southey's auction on 5th December 2000 from same Herwitz collection, lot 51. On Sotheby's site name by spelling mistake written Jayant Parrik. On Invaluable site the same information it's written with correct spelling.
